Our mission is to drive positive change throughout Sussex’s construction sector — from improving performance and productivity to encouraging sustainable practices and stronger collaboration between industry and government.

Our aim is to engage as many construction-related businesses and professionals across Sussex as possible. Whether you're a contractor, consultant, client, supplier, or designer, we offer a space to share knowledge, improve practice, and break down silos across the supply chain. Constructing Excellence Sussex is a member-led, not-for-profit organisation working for the benefit of the entire industry and its stakeholders.

Representing a wide cross-section of the built environment – including design, delivery, consultancy, and client-side roles – our committee members are passionate about driving positive change in construction across the region.
