Andrew and Matthew from Baxall Construction will lead a candid session on how they've achieved early contractor engagement, informed by the Government Construction Playbook and how this approach can deliver better value for everyone.

Potter Raper's Nicola Tilbury will then provide a few words providing an employer's agent perspective, and experiences of the influences on the client's procurement strategy.

If you've ever felt the tension between “best value” and “lowest price,” or from an employer or consultant viewpoint question whether early collaboration skews outcomes, this session is to create a space where we can all explore common concerns and challenges together.
